1. Controllers
Digital Consulting Plus S.A.S. and Digital Consulting Plus LLC may act as controllers depending on the contracting entity, customer country and applicable agreement.
2. Data and purposes
We may process identity, contact, business, market, lead, contract, billing, support, security and preference data to respond, quote, contract, deliver services, process payments, prevent fraud and meet legal duties.
3. CRM and communications
Form submissions are stored in a private SQLite CRM with restricted administrative access. WhatsApp and email are used to continue conversations requested by the user.
4. Payments
Payment providers receive transaction information required to process, verify, reconcile, refund or dispute payments under their own policies. Full card details are not stored by us when checkout is provider-hosted.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
Strictly necessary storage remembers preferences and supports security. Google Analytics or other optional measurement technology is only loaded after the visitor accepts measurement cookies. The Analytics identifier is configured at runtime and may remain disabled.
6. International providers and transfers
Hosting, communications, analytics, support and payment providers may operate in other countries. We apply appropriate legal bases, contracts and safeguards according to the relevant jurisdiction.
7. Retention and security
Data is retained for the relationship, reasonable follow-up and applicable legal periods. We use access controls, secure sessions, transit encryption, backups and file restrictions, although no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Rights
People may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability when applicable, proof of consent, information about use or withdrawal of consent under applicable law.
9. Authorities and contact
People may contact the competent data protection authority where the law permits after the appropriate direct process. Privacy requests are received through the configured service email.
